CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration Fees
Any cancellations must be made in writing to the WUWM Secretariat. A full refund of the registration fees less an administration fee of $100.00 shall be paid on cancellations prior to August 1, 2007. A refund of 50% of the Registration Fee shall be paid on cancellations notified before August 15, 2007. No refunds will be paid on cancellations notified after August 15, 2007, except under exceptional circumstances and then only if a request is made in writing to the WUWM Secretariat. Substitute delegates will be accepted at no additional charge.
